This will be me tomorrow evening...

I haven't been to a Yoga class in years and have made the decision to start back up. I think it is more down to the fact that my flexibility is rubbish! 

I am hoping that a 90 minute class once a week until the end of time, will help me achieve my goal of touching my toes and tone up my belly for bikini season. So fingers crossed and wish me luck.... I have a feeling I'm going to need it.

  3. Such a cute blog!! I recently rediscovered yoga as well, and I feel like my strength and flexibility have both markedly improved. Plus, I just feel so rejuvenated after I leave class. The meditation at the end is worth all the pain throughout!! And then there is that wonderful sore feeling all throughout your body the next day. Enjoy!

  6. I love yoga and Pilates. I got to Triyoga in Primrose Hill which has beautiful white candlelit studios. Definitely the best studio in London. Here's some inspiration.
