I will be the first one to say that I am not a cook. It isn't really something that interests me or relaxes me. I get all hot and bothered, stressed and find I have to clean everything as I go, which ends up with things burning.
So on my few days off, I thought I would play a good housewife to the boy and make a Cottage Pie. After four hours slaving away (I am rubbish at chopping), getting stressed and lots of cleaning, I was so happy with the result. So happy in fact that I thought I would share with you all.
The boy was overwhelmed with my effort and had two portions! I served the Cottage pie with spinach and a glass of well deserved red wine.
