Laduree - a must!

During my flying visit to London on Sunday, I popped into the amazing looking Laduree in Harrods. I have never tried Macaroons as mentioned here, and I have seen that they are big in the blogger world. So, I had to try them for myself.

The lovely Rose from 'The Londoner' pointed me in the direction of Laduree and I am so glad I went. I can't believe I have gone for so long without tasting these small treats. They are not the cheapest cakes to buy, but the taste, packaging and environment of the shop is one not to miss.

If you haven't tried these or been to the Laduree in Harrods I highly recommend it.

  3. Oh I LOVE macarons but I've only ever had them in France - been thinking about an attempt at homebaked ones but I think they're very tricky. Anyway, I'm jealous!

  10. Oh. My. God. SO jealous. First and only time I've been in Paris, we went to Laduree every night. I ended up spending almost 50 euros on macaroons. AH-mazing! Apparently they're opening up a store in New York - thank goodness for those of us over here!!
