Fitness round up - April 2013

This is a very late post! It is half way through May and I have just got round to adding it to the blog. April was a really good and positive month, I increased my mileage from 1.5 miles to 3 miles. It is still tough, but slowly I am pushing myself more each time, along with running outside and the trips to the gym, I am starting to feel good about myself.
